LIFE Training is a discipleship training for young homeless, who want to begin their journey off the streets.. It provides an environment where they can receive personal healing, grow in their relationship with God and learn to discover God's calling on their lives.

Important News

In the last few weeks we have made a lot of progress in the search for a permanent facility for LIFE Training. By God's grace, we have been able to raise the funds to purchase a 10 acre property in the greater Austin area. It will be called LIFEHOUSE.

Key Features

A key to LIFE Training is that young people who used to live on the streets stay with us, become a part of our fellowship and participate in our daily activities. We encourage them to embrace the Christian faith. When they do so, their lives are transformed and they find true meaning and purpose. All those who have participated in LIFE training have seen a tremendous change in their lives and relationships.

My name is John Turner Jr. I am 26 years old and was born in Minneapolis, MN . I moved to Austin,TX in the spring of 2002 and I spent the next 5 years on and off the streets in and out of Jail and hooked on IV drugs.
I always thought that all my problems were everyone elses fault. I spent most of my time being hateful and full of anger. This caused a lot of problems and ruined a lot of relationships.
Most of all it ruined me. I hit rock bottom, my life was a real mess. I needed help in a big way and help is what I got. The help I got was the best thing I could ask for it was the love of Jesus Christ. He showed his love to me my dropping his 6 most kind and loving disciples ever in my life to help and to guide me.
For this I would like to say thank you Jesus Christ. I am so glad to know you.
