inside #12/06 - December 2006
Thank you
2006 has been a really blessed and successful year for us. In so many ways the Lord has blessed us beyond our expectations.
Starting with the house in Buda where as a team we have lived and worked since the beginning of the year to the LIFE Training that we launched during the summer. We are also grateful for our remodeled schoolbus and our LIFE Shop in downtown Austin. The Lord has been really faithful and He has provided us with all that we need.
It was a real pleasure to have John participate in the LIFE Training and it has been a real privilege for us to accompany him through this part of his life.
We hope that all is well with you and that you will have a blessed Christmas time and a successful New Year.
At this time we would like to thank you all for your support and your prayers.
Blessings, the HELP for all Nations Team
The power of prayer
We saw the group of young homeless from far away. As we approached them they greeted us. Phil was especially happy to see us. He knew us from last year and he began to talk to me. He told me about his travels around the U.S. and all the problems with heroin and alcohol that he has.
I asked him if I could pray for him. After the prayer he was deeply touched. "It's always the same with you born-agains, he explained."
"There is such a warm feeling in my body when you pray for me. And that's so much better than heroin or any other drug!"
The power of prayer. We can expect that God is moving through your prayers.

Bobby
Last year we visited Bobby on a regular basis while he was serving his nine-month sentence in prison. Every time we saw Bobby his life was changed a little bit more through his growing relationship to Jesus. Unfortunately after his release he went back to his old life and he tried to avoid seeing us.
Slowly our relationship normalized. Today is the first time in months that we have had a serious conversation. Bobby's first words were "Thank you again that you guys visited me while I was in prison, I will never forget that." Then we asked him how his relationship was with Jesus. He answers, "To be honest, I'm about to give up that whole thing about Jesus. But as long as I see you guys here on the streets I still have some hope." Before saying goodbye he says "As soon as I'm ready to talk to you about my life, I will certainly call you." We pray that the love of God will lead Bobby back to the cross.

the road ahead
At the beginning of December our team spent several days seeking the Lord's presence and His guidance for the new year.
We wanted to receive His dreams and visions for the upcoming year.
It was a really blessed time with a lot of encouragement, gratefulness and new vision and direction.
It is so good to be led by the Holy Spirit on the road ahead.
We are convinced that the Lord wants to bless, save and restore many people through our ministry. It is exciting to be a part of it.
