John

My name is John Turner Jr. I am 26 years old and was born in Minneapolis, MN . I moved to Austin,TX in the spring of 2002 and I spent the next 5 years on and off the streets in and out of Jail and hooked on IV drugs.
I always thought that all my problems were everyone elses fault. I spent most of my time being hateful and full of anger. This caused a lot of problems and ruined a lot of relationships.
Most of all it ruined me. I hit rock bottom, my life was a real mess. I needed help in a big way and help is what I got. The help I got was the best thing I could ask for it was the love of Jesus Christ. He showed his love to me my dropping his 6 most kind and loving disciples ever in my life to help and to guide me.

LIFE Training - Schoolbus becomes apartment

Our schoolbus looks more and more like a little apartement. Besides the electric wiring we also finished the plumbing and wastewater system installation.
Soon the bathroom will be finished and because of the colour on the walls it will look totally different. In approximately one week the bus will be ready and John can move in.

LIFE Shop

We have the LIFE Shop since one month. It is basically a small apartment that we rented in downdown Austin.
We use it as a base for our outreaches. We also use it to invite friends from the street to have fellowship in a relaxed living room atmosphere. This a great blessing we have been looking for a place like this for a long time.

Walter and Irene Heidenreich in Austin

We had the privilege to have Walter and Irene Heidenreich for three days with us. They are the founders and leaders of our ministry. Walter had the opportunity to speak at two churches and many people were challenged to live a radical life for Jesus.
As HELP for all Nations Team we received a lot of encouragement, new vision and inspiration and we enjoyed the time we had together.
